Students brainstorm on the defining moments in their educational and professional lives, and learn techniques such as the STAR technique to showcase their assets. They learn how tech staff make decisions about who they will interview and how they will interview students for entry-level positions. This session provides advice on how to best position themselves in every step of the process: using online and offline resources to research jobs, resume, cover letters, and interview preparation, execution, and follow up.
