Expanding on Sessions 3 and 4, students explore stakeholders’ context, agendas and constraints – and learn about the value of Emotional Intelligence in a business environment. These learnings are put into practical context as this session reviews the do’s and don’ts, and etiquette for using email, text, collaboration tools (such as Slack), slide shows, and video conferencing in business.
