Butler School (Lowell) students visit Onto Innovation to learn about semiconductors

Twenty-eight students from the Butler Middle School in Lowell visited Onto Innovation - a global leader in process control for semiconductor manufacturing. At Onto, the students learned about lithography, as well as quality control and marketing.
