COMPETE 25 Work Skills Training
During the COMPETE Pilot, tech and business executives interviewed 1-2 year college students, evaluated their curriculum, and assessed the students’ work skills. The work skills assessment consistently identified a number of soft skills and social capital areas in which these students need additional training to be hireable. STEMatch has brought Subject Matter Experts together to create Work Skills Training to specifically fill those soft spots.
