COMPETE 25 Assessment & Recruiting
After the internship period ends in September/October, we ask all company partners to re-interview students to assess their hire-ability after their internship - and join us at our Graduation Event where you can meet all the students and build stronger relationships with our College Partners.
At the end of the COMPETE 25 program, we ask Company Partners to interview students and provide their final assessment of students’ hire-ability - we will use this information to help us improve the program and, with your permission, share the feedback with students.
In addition, to strengthen your relationships with the various colleges, we will hold career information sessions for students at the various campuses, which your staff can attend and participate in without charge.
And finally, join us at our Graduation Event for the students. Meet all the students involved in COMPETE, as well as the leaders of our Partner Colleges. It’s a great way to build your recruiting channel with community colleges.
